REBRAND & RELAUNCH PROJECT | NATUREMADE
Naturemade is a distinguished brand within the portfolio of CleanBrands, a subsidiary of Chemical Solutions Ltd. This brand epitomizes an expanding array of domestic and commercial cleaning solutions, encompassing sprays, wipes, laundry products, and more. Naturemade embodies an environmentally responsible ethos, emphasizing a sustainable, long-term approach across various facets of its operations, including energy and water management initiatives, prioritizing worker safety and training, and conscientiously sourcing sustainable raw materials.
I have been afforded a compelling opportunity by CSL to leverage my expertise spanning design and marketing for the rebranding and relaunch of Naturemade. Notably, I serve a dual role as both the graphic designer and project manager for this initiative. The primary objective of this project is to strategically reposition the Naturemade brand, orchestrate its relaunch, and drive increased sales. Serving as the graphic designer and project manager, particularly in light of my recent completion of a master's in marketing, I initiated the project with comprehensive research, including surveys, to identify effective solutions.
Despite the demanding timeline of just three months, the scope of responsibilities is extensive. It encompasses tasks such as market research, survey analysis, strategy formulation, and the development of new packaging, design, and branding elements (including labels, product images, information sheets, brochures, flyers, pull-up banners, website, social media posts, and associated collateral). In my capacity as project manager, I am actively engaged in communication efforts, liaising with new suppliers for bottles and labels, overseeing the production of all print materials, and meticulously managing timelines to ensure a timely and high-quality relaunch of Naturemade with the newly crafted branding materials.
